Delete from the app
- Open Regain and select the Profile tab.
- Open Settings, then select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete account.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, synced focus sessions, planner blocks, group memberships, and achievements are permanently deleted. After the backend acknowledges the request, Regain immediately signs out and clears local preferences, active-session state, notifications, audio, and selected app-blocking state from that installation.
Retention period
The account is hidden immediately and permanently purged after a 30-day grace period. Signing back in during that period may cancel the request. Billing records retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat remain subject to their legal and accounting obligations.
