1. The service
Regain helps users focus through timers, planning, and distraction blocking. Features and availability may change as the service improves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law requires it.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Regain offers a free tier and an optional PRO subscription billed monthly or yearly through Apple or Google.
- Prices are displayed by the store in local currency before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled within the store’s required cancellation period.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- An existing purchase can be recovered through Restore on the paywall.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to defeat its security, or use it to violate any law. App blocking is a productivity aid—not a security or parental-control guarantee.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” Regain does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every app will be blocked in every device state.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Regain is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from app use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Termination
You may stop using Regain and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended for a material breach of these terms.
8. Changes
Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
