Start a focus session
- Open Regain and choose Timer or Stopwatch on the Focus tab.
- Choose the apps you want to avoid from the Blocks tab.
- Select Start Focus Now. You can pause, take a timed break, or end and save the session.
App blocking on iPhone
Regain uses Apple’s Family Controls and Screen Time picker. Approve Screen Time access, open Blocks, and choose apps or categories in Apple’s system picker. Regain receives opaque tokens only; it cannot see your selected app names or Screen Time activity history.
App blocking on Android
Read the in-app AccessibilityService disclosure, select I agree, and enable Regain focus blocker in Android Accessibility settings. Regain checks only the foreground package identifier while a focus session is active and compares it with your local blocked-app list.
Purchases and Restore
Purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Use Restore on the paywall if a prior PRO purchase is not visible. Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made.
Account and privacy
Core review and focus flows work through Skip & continue. To delete an account, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or review the complete account-deletion instructions.
